What’s a panic assault?
A panic assault is a sudden rush of intense fear or soreness, which reaches a top inside 10 minutes, and consists of at the least four of the following physical sensations or mind:
- Racing or pounding coronary heart
- Shaking or trembling
- Shortness of breath or emotions of being smothered
- Feeling of choking
- Chest pain or soreness
- Chills or hot flashes
- Nausea or dissatisfied belly
- Dizziness or lightheadedness
- A sense of factors being unreal or feeling detached from oneself (derealization)
- Numbness or tingling sensations
- Worry of dropping manipulate or “going crazy”
- Fear of demise
