What’s a panic assault?

A panic assault is a sudden rush of intense fear or soreness, which reaches a top inside 10 minutes, and consists of at the least four of the following physical sensations or mind:

  • Racing or pounding coronary heart

  • A sense of factors being unreal or feeling detached from oneself (derealization)
  • Numbness or tingling sensations
  • Worry of dropping manipulate or “going crazy”
  • Fear of demise
